Bike Counter

This counter is designed for calculating calories and duration of travel when biking. The assembly is in terms of top and bottom covers, buttons, seals, IC board, and so on. The functions are similar to those of the Apple i Watch, but the product can be produced at one-third of the cost. l designed all parts and assembly models. They have been using 3D printing to make a prototype to match the aerodynamic requirements in tunnel testing. This counter is in preliminary production, and customers have placed some orders. Figures 6-1 and 6-3 display the assembly 3D model; parts made with ABS polymer are shown in Fig. 6-2.
